Unable to generate and download wsdl

Hello

I've register as developer here: https://developer.salesforce.com/

Now I want to generate WSDL file and download it. I followed this instruction: http://www.salesforce.com/us/developer/docs/api/Content/sforce_api_quickstart_steps_generate_wsdl.htm

Could you explain what I did wrong? How can I get WSDL?

https://developer.salesforce.com/signup is where you will be able to sign up for a Developer ORG..Try generating a WSDL there..should work as I tested this on my dev org.

Checked the image you have attached on dropbox, looks like you are using the Trial version which might not have the capability.(create class and trigger is also missing)
You might want to create a dev org and try generating the WSDL there..
