Article types

Hi,

I have a user, Anju Alexander with profile, System Administrator with role, Admin and another user, Sanjay Ruiz with custom profile, System Administrator with role, Admin. Sanjay is not able to see the article type created by Anju Alexander. Why?

Please help.

HI Anju Alexander,

Even though Sanjay is System Admin but he is customized System Admin not the standard System admin.

I suggest to verify all the profile setting of Sanjay whether he is having permissions to Article type or not.

If he is having, then verify Standard Admin Profile whether this custom profile has permissions to acces the articlr type or not.

I am not sure with this but better try the above..

I haven't given permission for article type for Sanjay. Now it isworking.
