SetPassword method on formula field or workflow formula

Hi All,

Is this possible the method SetPassword on formula field or workflow formula?

I want to change the password whenever user has created, this i want to acheive with out trigger/batch, is this possible?

Don't think its possible to use a method to change user's password through field workflow or formula - the only available options are fields and operators when it comes to creating a formula.
