Suggest me any tool for migrating data for Attachments and Documents over 800 gb.

Hi,

Is there a tool in salesforce that can mass upload documents (export and update)  and Attachments (export and update) section?

This can be helpfull for Extracting.
Is there any tool for updating back to salesforce?
DataLoader and Jitterbit is having limitations while Updating. Allowing only up to 40 MB of attachment size while updating.
