Salesforce Apps

Hi All,

Where can i find salesforce builted apps or already created package url's to install in development environment except app exchange.

AppExchange is the best place for you to install apps, as apps are reviewed by Security Team and you are assured to get good quality apps from there. 

I don't know of any other site that offers Salesforce apps, however, some developers might be giving out their unmanaged package links themselves. 

I would strongly suggest installing apps from AppExchange.
