I have No Access to Developer Console

I am using the trial version of Sales Force, but I try to get into Developer Console but I cant have access. The screen look like is working with load bar, but finally never end, I have no idea if is because of trial version or something related with...

Developer console is available in free developer orgs, What is your user profile for the user for which you are not getting developer console. Could you share screen shot that appears when you go to developer console.
