Can we regenerate the connected app that has been deleted or we can create the connected app with same entity id that was used in the connected app that was deleted. Weget an error(entity id already exists) when we create conn app with same entity id.

Is it possible that we can log a case with salesforce and salesforce remves it from their server.

Has anyone figured out if SF can remove the EntityID from their server or flush out the Connected App altogether.  I am having this exact same problem.
