automatic value inserting in another field

You can create a trigger/Workflow or formula field to achieve this.

i need trigger................
my requirement is i created one sport obj in that 2 fields are sports1 and sports2
when iam inserting record in sport i enter value in sports1 field after then i click save button before saving the record automatically same value should be populated in sports2... how can i achieve this
