Email to Case Outlook

Hi ,

I am setting up email to case for an outlook email alias.
I am trying to configure the outlook email system to forward messages to the email alias to the email services address provided by salesforce.
(Through Manage Rules & Alerts in outlook).
but then the case is not getting created. 

Please advise!!

This one shows setting up the email 2 case in gmail .
But setting this with an outlook email alias.And i am forwarding  the copy of incoming emails to this outlook alias to the salesforce email service address.
But i don't see the messages are forwarded to salesforce and getting created as case.

Please advise!!

That seems to be definately an issue withh the settings, please verify your settings as per the guidelines explained in this article http://mysalesforcecode.blogspot.sg/2012/02/salesforce-for-outlook-2010-create-case.html

I have all these settings on. Also configured the Email2Case settings.
But still the cases are not created.

Hi,
Set routing addresses to ensure that customer emails are handled correctly.
Before you set up routing addresses for Email-to-Case and On-Demand Email-to-Case, enable Email-to-Case and configure your Email-to-Case settings.
