Log not working !! :-/

I executed some codes in the anonymous window (CTRL+E)... But there was no result in Log.. !!!

Hi Sarthak,

what you can do is close developer console and open it again.It will show.Next time, when you execute a code make sure your logs tab is active.This is what i have observed in my sfdc experience.may be i am  wrong.But i worked for me. also , when you will try your hand in writing test classes you may face similar situation.Then also you try this trick by closing your dev console and open it again.

Go to Setup > Administer Panel > Logs > Debug Logs

Check you user name is there or not. If Not click on New to add your user name here.

if you are working through site url then yu will not get any debug.
please check this using sandbox account.
