I get this mesage in my developer edition when i login please fix this issue and advice what can be done

Hi ,

Your org is certainly not Dev Org.It is 1 month trial org which salesforce offers to clients. 

 go to Developer.force.com and then register for the dev org.It will be free and is lifetime unless it remains dorment for 6 + months(inactive).
