Customize page layout custom object

Hello,

I had this problem, I want to open the apex code of the custom object but I couldn't I tried with this link below

But I don't see any option, I don't know if I need other rights to Edit the Layout.

You can not open the apex code of the custom object. you can just add or remove fields,button,related list on page layout.There is no apex code of custom object.
You can edit Layout by open the object detail page and go in page layout section and click edit in front of page layout(Example: Product Layout) which you want to edit.

So for example if I have a picklist and I want to charge the values dynamically How can I do that if I can't touch the code to asign the values to a picklist(Custom Object).
