Force.com site and plataform portal

Hi,
I read an article to have an inexpensive user login on force.com site with plataform portal but I have not found anything on the plataform portal. Exist? How much cost ? Where I can found documentation ? Thanks for your help.

I believe you are talking about this: https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=users_license_types_partnerportal.htm&language=en_US

As it says in the Note in the oage, this license type has been discontinued and replaced bu Community User Licenses: https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=users_license_types_communities.htm&language=en_US

Or, you may be refering to this: https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=users_license_types_platformportal.htm&language=en_US

I would suggest you to reach out to your Salesforce Account Executive for more info.

Yes, I think is the second link. The article that I have found is this:
http://www.redpointsolutions.com/inexpensive-options-for-your-salesforce-customer-portal. You think this article is actual or is an old solution ?

This is an old article. Portals have been replaced by Communities now. Your account executive would be the best person to give you the most upto date info.
