Authentication issue

Hi guys i am trying to acess the following link to start learning about mobile development SDK. But i keep getting "You are forbidden to view this page." I have tried different browsers, and refreshed multiple times with secure browsing and still nothing is happening.

can anyone please help here?

I tried and found the same issue. It basically navigated to dfc org so I think this is limited to dreamforce.

Try doing Sign up first and then clicking on Getting started. Hope this will help you.
