"Unable to parse AuthnRequest from service provider"
Hope some one can help me
I am sending a SAML Auth request to salesforce(IDP) from my app as SP
I keep getting this error,

Insufficient Privileges
You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary.
Then I go into the identity provider error log and get :
"Unable to parse AuthnRequest from service provider"
