visualforce page aceess

Hi all,
plz help me out...

Q: i created custom button on lead is name NNR it's override with visualforce page,but this visualforce page can access only Roles and profiles
Role name is ='High level authority '

  How to assigned to particular Role can write any apex code in my conroller or how to i share that ?

still am not assigning i dont know exctly how to proceeds plz help out.
