Security token - IP restrictions enabled


I would like to use IDE for my org. I am not able to see security token as IP restrictions is enabled in our ord. How do we use IDE in such cases?
I am an admin. I have tried to reset my password to see if I receive the security token in the email as mentioned in one of the posts, but I havent.

How do I use IDE?

The only way as per my previous experience is to remove the ip restrictions, reset the token and put back the ip restrictions.

Are you not able to add your IP Address to the whitelist? That should let you use the IDE without needing a security token. 

Otherwise, you shoud be able to click on Your Name > My Settings. Then, from the Personal section on the left sidebar, click on Reset My Security Token.
