Purpose of Work.com

Hi folks,
       Can anyone tell me what is the purpose of work.com and how to use work.com?

Hii,
             Work.com is the product form salesforce.It is used to enhance the productiviry or sells of the organization by managing your employees in a better way. it watch or observe your employees in the real time and it can give the suggestion to the employees to in which area you can do better, or it give the reward to good performing employee. Basically it is for managing your sales team in the real time ,  get better performance from employees , get more sells and provide the better service to your customer and ultimately better customer satisfaction.
