Invoke a Visualforce Page via a Publisher Action to Capture a Photo via camera and save it in record's attachments, how?

Hi, for this i have used "Boogie Fever"(https://developer.salesforce.com/blogs/developer-relations/2013/12/salesforce1-cures-the-app-boogie-fever.html) SF1 app, working fine for option of pick image from gallery(not so large size), but when i use it to take picture form camera and save it, it takes so many time and shows error also(because of image size approx 1 MB or greater). Guys please help me regarding it, how can i solve this issue.
