Salesforce canvas help needed.Urgent

Hi,
 I'm going through the below workbook. http://www.salesforce.com/us/developer/docs/platform_connect/canvas_framework.pdf
I'm struck at page no.26 .Im unable to see the below result after selecting hello world app.

What happens when you run your app outside of Salesforce?  If it is working there, I would recommend going through the set up steps once more to see if there is a step you missed along the way.
