How to create flexible page?

Our consultant has created some Flexible Pages before taking off the project. I see how you create a tab to point to the Flexible Page after the Page is created, but how are the Flexible Pages created in the first place? I need to know so we can maintain them. thanks.

Hi,

You can check the code for visualforce used to create a custom tab.

Go to Setup->Create->Tabs->Visulforce Tab and click on the custom tab created for flexible page.

click on Content as hihghlighted so it will open the Visualforce page that is backbone for the Tab.

Thanks Pratik. However, I was looking at some flex pages that don't point to a VF page, but they are flex pages for standard objects such as Contact. Here's what I see in our org but the Contact Flex Page has no content. See screenshot. Pls. advise.
