So guys could you please suggest me your views and guidence about to convert into CRM side?

Salesforce CRM is a great platform to work on. It's innovative & exicitng to work on force.com platform. Salesforce has pubilshed tons of documents to get started. Force.com platform also uses oops concepts. So you can get started with a trial ord and bunch of documentation on Salesforce website and this developer forum.
Thanks,
Pratik
