Edit Birthday eMailer app

Does anyone use the force.com Birthday eMailer?  I would like to:

-send the birthday emails from our company email account, not my personal account
-have the auto Activity it creates reflect the date (the date field is currently blank)

Checked the app(https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000003I77zEAC, its an unmanaged package and I believe you should have the perms to make the necessary changes innthe application.

Thanks, Sonam.  Looks like I may need to find a developer as I am not savvy enough to do this myself.
