Is it possible to have more than one approvers defined(direct manager Or any manager at same level) in any given step in approval process?

Hi Jetta,

You can have multi level of approvers and not multiple approvers at one stage.
You can add multiple approvers through Approval Steps.

In the approval steps, you will get option to add users.

Pratik - Thanks for the response. My requirement is to have Multiple Approvers at a single step. Where direct manager is also availble and other approvers should be able to approve on direct manager's behalf when the below condition is true
1. Manager is at same level as direct manager
2. Based on value in the custom field ex. if set to true he/she has the ability to approve/reject.
