Is it Possible to override 'New' button of standard object Products with visualforce page

Hey Friends,
     Is it Possible to override 'New' button of standard object 'Product' with visualforce page.?
     Plz tell me itz very urgent.

I don't find 'New' button in the button,link and action section in the Product standard Object.

Hi thanks for the info. But i don't find 'New' button the 'buttons,links and action' section of the Product(standard object) Object. So how to move ahead.

Yes ,it is possible 
setup>customise>object>Buttons, Links, and Actions>click EDIT link besides the New button.>override with vf page.

Hi,

It is not possible to override the New button in Product object. so you can create a custom button
