Can SFDC able to remove 75% test coverage restriction to our production org and developer sandbox.? Thanks

In Sandbox it is not mandatory that the developer has to achieve 75% mark but  in case of production it is mandatory to achieve minimum of 75%.
And it is upto the clients whether they want minimum of 75% or they want more of the test coverage. Its souly upto them.
