RossG Require Data Category selection in order to publish an article
Is it possible to require a user to make a data category selection when he or she goes to publish a knowledge article? I see no way of doing it and don't think it is possible in SFDC, but wanted to see if anyone has tried doing this before. Thanks
You need "Manage Articles” permission in your profile. It is enough to publish an article in salesforce.
Data category is not mandatory while you publish your article.
