If you post the script someone here might be able to help you. Typically these messages (GACKs as they are referred to) are a problem with the backing system and the Id is a unique Id to that instance of the issue. You should be able to reach out to Salesforce support with that Id and they should be able to tell you what caused it. Or at least if it's a known issue.
