Donation Information not updating under contact

Hello Every One,

I am adding oppertunities of a contact programatically with stage name posted.
But under contact detail page the donation information is not updating.

Are these Donation fields on the Contact object all custom fields?  Or are they part of a packaged installation?

They are part of a packaged installation i have noted they are under households and are also showing under contact custom fields but we can't edit them.

Is it a managed package?  If so then I recommend you contact the provider of the package.
