Using Trailhead

I completed the force.com introduction tutorial on trailhead. also solve the challenge, but i am not getting it works or not. it just showing continue challenge. 
am i right?

A module is composed of challanges - it can be one to many, finishing module will award you badge. If you fail, trailhead will ask you re-take challange, if you pass you will be asked to continue moving to next challange, untlll you finish a module.

An attempted challange, if failed should be shown in 'in-progress' tab on your profile. Let us know, if you have any issues out there
