Different layout for desktop and mobile for Salesforce1

Can I create Different layout for desktop and mobile for Salesforce1? If so how?

You can organize the fields you want for Salesforce1 but it's a bit of a work around. However it does work and our fields reps actaully use Salesforce1 now, probably becasue they are not overwhelmed with 100 fields on their iphone screen....
