Is there any possibilities to send an mobile(text)messages to salesforce default users(internal),I want to send messages to users phone number?is there any third party tool to acheive this..please help me

Hi Hema - Yes you can send sms from salesforce. There is lots of appexchange solution are aviable in salesforce, take a look into that https://appexchange.salesforce.com/results?keywords=SMS

If you want to build on your, then you need to buy SMS services from the vendor. The cost of package will be differe from each country and number of SMS. The SMS service vendor will provide you the API access from sending sms from any salesforce(apex). You can send, above code demonstrates for the Contact object. You have to modify the code to work for the user object.
