Case assignment rule
Hi,
Currently we are working on cases, created queues and assingned users. One of the user from that queue is created a case, but after creating case we are getting following message instead of redircting to the list view or list of records
The case has been successfully saved and assigned to the appropriate user or queue according to the active assignment rules. you no longer have access view or edit the case.
please let me know any possible solution for this.
Thanks
Raj

Might be your OWD settings for case is Private and the case is assigned to other user or a Queue(in which the user created the case is not a member) as per assignment rules.
If OWD is private for any object, then we can view only our own records and the records of users with below roles in role heirarchy.
So this might be the reason your getting insufficient previliges.

User created the record also part of the Queue members, we are not getting insuffiecient prilliges error. Like instead of navigating to the detail page after record Save or Tab or ListView, we are getting above message. User can see the records in related list view.
Need a solution to avoid this,if it can be simple one is best.
Thanks
Raj
Can you try giving View All Object Permissions for that profile
Thanks,
Nihar.
Thanks, it wasnot about profile. it was issue with assignemnet rules, we have achieved this logic forcing assignment rules in trigger.
I too facing the similar issue. It would be great help if you can please elaborate your statement 'we have achieved this logic forcing assignment rules in trigger'
