Want to create Custom Fields in German

Hi,

I have a Custom Filed over contact object. I want to translate the field and it's values to German 

Any idea on how to translate

Hi Robert,

Thanks for the link. But it didn't help me much. I have translated a Custom Field of Contact object to German by foolowing the link you shared. But when i went to Contact page, Field label and its value are still in English only.

This is exactly what i have done:

Yes, i have changed it. What i observed is the standard fields are changed into german but not custom Fields.

please check the last step of your link http://www.npowerdev.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=7253115. There you can select the language and change label/picklist values.
