sharing rules

All ready i create all rules and objects and fields but , here i got  error msg    project custom object  cant  be api name " project_c" and priority field  that api  'priority_c error' so why that error comes  tell me replay  any one ...........

No idea what your question is (can you rephrase it perhaps)?

However, custom objects and custom fields are suffixed with __c (two underscores not one), so please add an extra underscore and see if that fixes your problem.
