madhu manager role hierarchy
there is a manager and under him there is an assitant manager and under him there is an employ. manager must share some records to employ but asistant manager must not see those records here role hierarchy is enabled. how to achieve this scenario.
You should not design or set the role hierarchy on the basis of the designation or organization's role hierarchy. You shoild set the roles hierarchy for record level accessibilty.
You can keep the OWD as private and remove assistent manager from the existing hierarchy and move him to another role. So Manager-> Employee ; so manager will be able see Employee's record.
