How to convert Master detail into Lookup?

I have tow custom objects A and B. A is the master object and B is the detail of A. I have no rollup summary fields in object. Still I can't see a 'Change Data Type' button while I edit the field in detail object which has master relationship.

Check whether you have “Customize Application” permission for your profile. Try with the system admin profile for changing the field type

Thanks a lot Karanraj.

I figured out the problem. I had workflows on the detail object referencing to master object. After deleting those workflows I was able to see the change data type button.
