Visual Force - "Using Standard List Controllers" I don't see "records per page" or "previous/next"

From the "Using Standard List Controllers" example, I tried following the code.  I see the filter option but I don't see "records per page" or previous/next.  Can someone help?  Image and code below.  Thanks, Aron.

I could not get the Pagination to show up in the beginning - I misinterpreted/misunderstood the Trailhead instructions when it said "Below the contact list <apex:pageBlockTable>, add the following markup...." . I put it after that opening tag - which is wrong/won't show up :-). 

I.e., Put the <table>.... Pagination code </table>  below the  end tag </apex:pageBlockTable>.
