No,you cannot.Time triggers don't support minutes or seconds.Currently only days and hours are supported.

Hi

It's possible to achieve it using formula field .You can create an one formula field in that field  CreatedDate - 0.038  It will reduce the trigger in a minutes. If you have any doubts please let me know
