Custom Lookup for creation of new contact in quick creation popup

Hi ,
I want to create new contact in quick creation box i have used  custom look for account . but for contact custom lookup account is not selected .

can any one help me out for this.

Are you using the standard functionality of quick create? if you are..Contact creation gives you the pagelayout which you have created for the New button fucntionality which using the standard pagelayout which you can edit.

Can you please confirm if you have added the custom lookup to the contact pagelayout?
