Salesforce.Common.ForceException: An unexpected error occurred. Please include this ErrorId if you contact support: 2119489469-32078 (281795233)

Getting this error when trying to create a ContractLineItem from a connected App.  Any help would be greatly appreaciated

Please raise case with salesforce support to get more details/ to resolve this issue. This error will occur when something unable to process by salesforce system .Please include the ErrorId while creating the case.

Thank you for your response. I tried to create a case with SalesForce, but it is no longer possible to create a case online or by phone for development related issues. All the input fields on the case creation page are greyed out and there is message that say Developer support is handled exclusively through the online community unless you have a premier support agreement, which I do not.
