Data Migration

Want to migrate millons of  files, attachments, notes from one salesfocre to another using Bulk API ( Scripts). Can someone help me with this please.

Attachments, Notes are tied with ParentID value.
Both org will have different ParentID value due to it is Salesforce record ID (unique value). You have to update ParentID as per the destination org to upload the data to destination org.
