Integration of IQnavigator with salesforce

Apologies for missing out on the description. I need to integrate a third party application called IQNavigator and show the related status of the IQN request basis a request number on opportunity page. Please advise if there is an API for it. If not, how do we start integrating the IQNavigator to salesforce

No Roel. We created a data massaging layer in .NET/SQL and synced the IQN using daily excel downloads.
Salesforce was then mapped to the .NET layer using the standard API using WSDL.
