Error while saving new workflow

Hello,

I am very new to Salesforce and currently and am working through force.com workbook. Currently I am learning about workflows and I ran into this error. I will appreciate if anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong here.

Which part of the workbook are you working through?  It appears that you've got the wrong process type selected for you Flow.

It seems that they have the instructions wrong.  You will need to delete your flow and recreate it as a "Flow" in your Type instead of "Autolaunched Flow"
