Pavel Korshunov 11 Role for New Partner Community User
When new Partner Community user created by Registration Handler he get newly created Role, that reports to Contact's Account's Owner's Role.

Unfortunately not. The roles defined are beneath the Account Owner's role so that record access from the channel rolls up to the channel sales manager.
