Grids in Lightning

Hi,
I am in the process of building a screen wherein I was hoping to use the Aura dataGrid component. I realize now that that is not avaialbe in Lightning. Any idea when this might be available? Or an easy way to achieve the same?

Yes you are right. Aua grid component is not available for now. 
They have told that slowly slowly then wil include all Aura framework component in Lighting.
so there is no any fix time when they will do it so just wait and watch

Hi, so what was the work around if you could not use dataGrids?  Or are you just waiting?
