not able to see menu and tool bar in rich text field

Hii,
I am not able to see menu and tool bar in rich text field. Plz help.User-added image

The text area is converted into a rich text editor via JavaScript, so this suggests you are encountering a JavaScript error.  Do you see anything in the web console?

The problem is from 3-4 days.Earlier i am able to add multiple images,links,files through toolbar.but now i am not getting the toolbar in rich text field... and the old records of rich text field(transp Image) are showing the images which i had added earlier.The screenshot is here below:
