It would be great f someone could help me out.
1. the Salesforce OrgIDs are not synced as you see here:
Problem #2: see the challege and my result, and still fails - I think this should be correct, or ?

What a pitty, I just checked the ending of the ORG-ID, which didn't match, but it's just the difference between the 15 and the 18 digit SF-ID....
in the meantime I deleted the c.object, created it new and it worked out, no idea what was wrong.

Did you change your Org password in-between or does your browser remember your Org password ?
My Suggestions would be,
1) Click on "Log out of Developer Edition" and trying Lauching again.
2) Clear all your browsing history, change you Org password and then try launching.

Yes I tried this already. Deleted Cookies, History,... Restarted and nothing helped.
I also tried with another Browser.... hmmm
