Creating a List View

Hello,
I am creating a view in Case object. I would like to know why the standard field "Created By" is not showing from the available list to be displayed in the view? I can just see the "Created by alias" but not the "Created By" field.

Thanks,
Del

I think the only thing left is to log a case, i also tried that approach, making wf and field upfate, however ths same limit issue is being encountered.. thanks!

Hi Rodelio ,

You can create a formula field in Case return type as case and add below formula in that field and use that in list view .

CreatedBy.FirstName & CreatedBy.LastName

Please let me know if it helps

Hey Rodelio,

As per my knowledge only createdBy alis will visible in list view for all object not only case .
Better you can raise a case to sales force  if possible .
Or alternatively may be if possible create text field and update that through workflow .
