Remove currencies

I want to remove that (USD 15.82) from currency field in account object

The reason why you are seeing these amounts in parenthesis is because you have multiple currencies enabled. Your personal currency is in USD and  your company's currency seems to be in EUR.Try changing your personal currency to EUR which might remove this amount in brackets.

Sorry, in that case I suppose you will be seeing the conversion as multiple currency is on in your ORG.
